As a benefit associate with our company you don't work for anyone, have the ability to set your own hours and choose how, when and where you work.  You work FOR but yourself, but not BY yourself! We provide world class training to you right from the comfort of your own home. All you need to work with is is a strong desire to succeed and a mobile phone, (very helpful but not required) access to a laptop/computer and access to the internet.  Whether you are looking to make a part-time income or replace your current employment situation, we have a place for you with plenty of room for advancement if that's what you choose!

We offer healthcare benefits, ability to create your own schedule, the ability to work 100% online, full online support and training! 

We have two available positions, marketing our benefit plans and enrolling associates to work from home with us.  You can do one or both positions.  Some of the things we do on a daily basis includes inbound/outbound emails and phone calls and and responding to website inquiries about our services and career opportunities, assisting customers with enrolling in our services, enrolling and assisting new associates and helping them to get established with our company, and providing good customer service to both customers and associates. 

We provide extensive online training and teach you how to do both positions and you can choose which options work best for you.  We have all the tools you need to be successful with our company with full online training and support, even if you have never worked from home before. And unlike many other companies out there, we don't require any fees to get started working with us . 

How It Works
